The above introduction forms an integral part of this Agreement. Unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

1. Store

Refers to the online store in all its forms, including websites, mobile applications, electronic platforms, and any physical commercial outlet operating under the Store.

2. Customer

Any individual who engages in electronic commerce through the Store with the intention of obtaining products or services offered through the Store's platform.

3. Agreement

Refers to these Terms and Conditions of Use, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties.

Article 2 – Customer Eligibility

The Customer represents and warrants that they possess the legal capacity required under applicable laws and regulations to enter into transactions with the Store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The Customer shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from a breach of this Article.

Article 3 – Nature of the Store’s Obligations

The Store’s primary obligation toward Customers is to provide the products and/or services offered through the platform.
The Store may, at its discretion, provide additional services such as after-sales support or other related services depending on the nature of the products or services purchased.

Article 4 – Acceptable Use

The Customer agrees to use the Store and its platform in compliance with public morals, applicable laws, and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Customer further agrees not to use any product or service obtained through the Store for any unlawful purpose or in a manner contrary to public morals or applicable laws.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership or creating an account with the Store, the Customer must provide certain information and create a username and password. By doing so, the Customer agrees to the following:

To maintain the confidentiality of account information and passwords and immediately notify the Store of any unauthorized use or security breach.
The Store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm resulting from the disclosure of account credentials.
The Customer is solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account. Any use by another person shall be deemed authorized by the Customer.
The Customer shall use the Store in good faith and with honesty and integrity.
The Customer must provide accurate, complete, current, and lawful information during registration and ly update such information when necessary.
The Store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal information and contact details.
If any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unlawful, or in violation of this Agreement, the Store reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the Customer’s account without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.
Failure to comply with any provision of this Article may result in suspension, cancellation, or permanent restriction of access to the Store’s services.

Article 6 – Electronic Communications

The parties agree that communication may be conducted through the email address registered on the platform.
The Customer acknowledges that all electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications shall have the same legal effect as written s.
The Customer agrees to receive notifications related to this Agreement or their dealings with the Store through general announcements or direct communications issued by the Store.

Article 7 – Amendments and Fees

If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, unenforceable, or is removed, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
This Agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the governing framework regulating the relationship between the Customer and the Store.
The Store may impose fees on certain products, services, transactions, government charges, taxes, or promotional offerings, as applicable.
The Store reserves the right to add, amend, reduce, increase, or waive any fees or charges at its sole discretion.

Article 8 – Payment and Settlement Services

The Store, through its payment service providers, offers electronic payment solutions utilizing the payment methods available on the platform or any additional methods introduced in the future.
The Store undertakes to display prices for products and services in accordance with prevailing market practices.
The Store shall issue invoices, receipts, and proof of payment for all transactions and shall provide Customers with a purchase invoice upon completion of any order.
The Store shall maintain accounting records and practices in accordance with recognized accounting standards and applicable legal requirements.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Store, whether existing before or after the establishment of the platform, are exclusively owned by the Store.
Customers shall respect all intellectual property rights associated with the Store, including its name, trademarks, logos, symbols, content, and other proprietary materials displayed on the platform.

Article 10 – Limitation of Liability

The Store undertakes to conduct its business activities in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with this Agreement.
The Store shall not be liable for claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from errors, negligence, acts, omissions, or circumstances caused directly or indirectly by Customers or third parties, including shipping providers.
The Store, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates undertake that any products or services offered are lawful, authorized, and intended for legitimate purposes in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 11 – Suspension or Termination of Access

The Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Customer’s account or access to the platform at any time and for any reason.

Article 12 – Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities within the Kingdom.

Article 13 – General Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
This Agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Store and the Customer regarding the use of the platform.
Arabic shall be the governing language for the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic version and any translation, the Arabic version shall prevail.
Prices of products and services displayed on the Store may be modified from time to time without prior notice.
Promotional and marketing offers are temporary in nature, and the Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue them at any time.
Both parties agree to conduct their dealings in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Sharia principles governing electronic commerce and commercial transactions.
This Agreement may only be terminated or superseded by a decision issued by the Store’s management.
